CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE

ShopLuvBuds.com’s chief objective is to ensure the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If any products are defective or damaged upon delivery the buyer has a right to return the product (within 7 working days from the date that product is received) for a refund, assuming that we have been notified within 48 hours or 2 working days of receipt for exchange, or a store credit that can be applied to future purchases.

  • All returns must be received in original packaging, and resalable condition. A 25% restocking fee may be applicable. If credits are applicable, they will be determined once the items have been received by us.
  • In the event that items are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us directly for instructions for either returning items at our expense, or to receive the correct non-defective items at our expense. Credits will be determined once the product has been received by us.
  • We will not accept products which have been used, been removed from packaging, or have been damaged after delivery.
  • Notice of all requests for exchanges or returns must be formally communicated in writing to Customerservice@luvbuds.co. In instances where products are returned or exchanged that are not defective or damaged, the responsibility for the cost of returning the goods shall rest solely with the customer. Please be advised that for reasons of hygiene and regulatory compliance, the following items are classified as final sales and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or issuance of store credit under any circumstances: Apparel items, including, but not limited to: Men’s and Women’s T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Snapbacks, Beanies, and Pullover Hoodies. Hazardous materials, inclusive of Lighters and Torches. This policy is final and binding on all transactions and no deviations shall be entertained.
  • In order to help with the return of your order you must obtain a Merchandise Return number (MR) by emailing Customerservice@luvbuds.co within the cancellation period. 
  • Our return address is detailed on your original invoice. We will not accept, credit, refund or replace any return without proper return authorization.
  • Once a return authorization has been issued, the retailer will have 5 business days to ship the products to us.
