Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: 

Starting 1.1.24, minimum orders will increase to $350.

The following new flat rate shipping policy will go into effect on 1.1.24. This new policy will NOT apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or customers in the Denver Metro  (policies will remain the same). 

Orders between: 

$350.00 - $499.99 will be a flat $39.95 

$500.00 - $749.99 will be a flat $49.95 

$750.00 - $999.99 will be a flat $59.95 

$1000.00 - $1249.99 will be a flat $69.95 

All orders over $1250.00 will be free.

 

HAZMAT shipping is now $19.95 

 

 Universal

        1. We cannot ship to a PO box.  We do not ship to Apartments, or residential homes unless authorized by management. 

        2. For each 3 hazardous material items, there will be an additional $19.95 charge for HAZ MAT Shipping

        3.  If you request Express, overnight, 2nd day or expedited freight services, those purchase orders must be delivered to LuvBuds no later than 11 am MST. 

        4.  If we are unable to identify your business as a true business, your order may be cancelled and credited less a 10% credit card processing fee.

        5.  LuvBuds and www.ShopLuvBuds.com is a wholesale (B2B) entity only. We reserve the right to prohibit service and deliveries to any customer unilaterally. You may be requested to provide a Sales Tax License or Tax ID number prior to shipping. Orders placed with COD or NET TERMS without prior authorization may be cancelled by the company with or without notification. 

Colorado

  1. ShopLuvBuds.com will provide you an estimated delivery date for the goods, but no such estimated times or dates provided by us can be guaranteed. ShopLuvBuds.com will make every effort to ship, or deliver by hand, all orders within two (2) business days of receipt of order (Denver Metro), and up to four (4) business days to territories outside of the metro area (I-70 Corridor, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, SW Corner, Southern Border, Western Slope).  All deliveries will be made either via Luvbuds Truck, Courier or FedEx. 
  2. We shall arrange delivery in the form most efficient for ShopLuvBuds.com on free freight orders, or least expensive for the recipient when applicable. 
  3. LuvBuds does NOT ship or provide delivery service to PO Boxes. LuvBuds does not ship to Apartments nor residences of any kind without express consent from management. 
  4. The buyer must check the goods immediately upon delivery and contact ShopLuvBuds.com if there are any problems with the goods.  The buyer must notify ShopLuvBuds.com within 48 hours or 2 business days of delivery with any issues, complaints, defectives, wrong items, or damages. 
  5. In the case that the goods have been damaged in transit, we encourage the recipient to refuse delivery, if the damage is identified after delivery has been made, the buyer must keep all packaging, as this may be required when making a claim. 
  6. ShopLuvBuds.com will not be liable for any loss, damages or penalty resulting from delay in delivery of the goods when such delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of ShopLuvBuds.com, including without limitation, supplier delay, force majeure, act of God, labor unrest, or fire.  In any such event, the delivery date will be deemed extended for a period equal to the delay. 

Continental United States (outside Colorado)

  1. ShopLuvBuds.com will provide you an estimated delivery date for the goods, but no such estimated times or dates provided by us can be guaranteed. ShopLuvBuds.com will make every effort to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receipt of order.  All deliveries will be made via Fedex or common LTL courier of our choice. 
  2. We shall arrange delivery in the form most efficient for ShopLuvBuds.com on free freight orders, or least expensive for the recipient when applicable. 
  3. LuvBuds does NOT ship or provide delivery service to PO Boxes. LuvBuds does not ship to Apartments nor residences of any kind without express consent from management.

ShopLuvBuds.com will provide you an estimated delivery date for the goods, but no such estimated times or dates provided by us can be guaranteed. ShopLuvBuds.com will make every effort to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receipt of order.  All deliveries will be made via Fedex or common LTL courier of our choice. 
  2. For those customers, outside of the United States, there may be tariffs, customs, duties that we are unaware of at the time of shipment. We will do all we can to provide the appropriate paperwork necessary, but ultimately, it is the responsibility of the recipient to assure customs, tariffs, appropriate taxes, etc. are covered on their own behalf. 
  3. We shall arrange delivery in the form most efficient for ShopLuvBuds.com on freight orders, or least expensive for the recipient when applicable. A LuvBuds associate will reach out before we ship order to verify if customer will want to pay additional shipping costs.
